tasks

• Recording customer requirements and developing complete solution scenarios
• Introduce, adapt, and expand Confluence and Jira to meet customer needs
• Configuration of Confluence, Jira, Jira Service Desk/Jira Service Management
• Evaluation and advice for plugins & apps
• Perform plugin and app updates
• Combining technical expertise with process know-how
• Interpreting business processes and designing and implementing appropriate workflows

qualification

• You are a real Atlassian fan who enjoys technology and has experience with Confluence and Jira
• You have a wealth of experience in project work and agile working methods
• You are interested in topics such as: team collaboration, knowledge management, DevOps and service management
• Quality awareness, reliability and a conscientious way of working are a matter of course for you
• You are a team player and have excellent communication skills, both in German and in English. French would be “magnifique”!
• You are ready to be certified for selected software products, such as the Atlassian tool stack (of course, we will cover the costs involved)
• You know other products like Bitbucket, Bamboo, Opsgenie etc. all the better
