The course fee, which is listed in the course description, must be paid before the course starts.
The course fees are based on the course information valid at the time of registration on our Infometis website.
The prices include the fee for Infometis AG's continuing education lessons as well as the planned course materials, including all teaching materials, including the costs of a planned one-time examination participation, as well as the planned and listed food.
A participant must unsubscribe electronically.
Course fees are calculated as follows: Free cancellation is possible up to 10 working days before the start of the course.
If you cancel within 10 working days before the start of the course, we will charge the entire course fee. A substitute participant can be named free of charge at any time.
Should a participant interrupt a course or resign during a course, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of the costs of any part of it.
The course will be confirmed or canceled at least 14 days before the start of the course, depending on existing registrations.
If the course costs have already been paid, they will be refunded in full or credited to another course date.
Infometis AG is entitled not to hold course days on the scheduled dates and to offer alternative dates or to replace face-to-face events with virtual course days or hybrid learning settings, as a result of organizational reasons (e.g. illness, accident, etc.) or as a result of pandemics and epidemics. Minor changes to the course material may also take place as a result of changes to the curriculum.
In the event of a course cancellation or change of date, Infometis AG will not bear any costs for transport costs or accommodation already booked.
Infometis AG course management reserves the right to exclude from the course participants whose behavior in the learning process massively impedes the learning process for other students. In this case, there is no right to reimbursement of the costs or part of them.
Infometis AG may share the contact details with course instructors and course participants without the prior consent of course participants. Infometis AG may also share address and contact details exclusively for statistical purposes and in the context of epidemics and pandemics for contact tracing purposes. Images created as part of courses and events may be used by Infometis AG for internal training purposes. The TN may request the removal of image material.
All rights to the course materials or other teaching materials handed out during the course remain in full with Infometis AG. Course materials may neither be copied nor made available to third parties.
Infometis AG disclaims any liability for damage caused as part of training.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich — Switzerland.
On request, Infometis AG will provide an electronic or written offer for in-house courses.
The course content and course dates are agreed upon by mutual agreement.
In-house course delivery becomes mandatory with a signed offer or digital consent.
The course is delivered on the premises of the customer or Infometis AG.
The client has the option to postpone a booked course free of charge up to 10 working days before the start of the course.
If Infometis AG is unable to meet the course due to organizational reasons (e.g. illness, accident, etc.), a substitute course instructor will be provided. If this is not possible, a new date for the course will be arranged by mutual agreement.
All rights to the course materials or other teaching materials handed out during the course remain in full with Infometis AG. Course materials may neither be copied nor made available to third parties.
