Michael Vils

Michael Vils is a passionate test manager. His profound IT education and many years of experience in the financial sector enable him to act as a link between specialist and development departments and to ensure the overall quality of a project.

The basis of his know-how is computer science and banking apprenticeship at Zürcher Kantonalbank, where he gained his first experience in testing and test management (including online banking) shortly thereafter. Michael then filled his personal backpack with additional IT knowledge and specific project experience in further roles as developer, project manager and release manager. With continuing education to become a Swiss Dipl. computer scientists and various ISTQB Certificates, he has further refined and improved his specific IT know-how and, last but not least, his testing know-how.

In addition to his education and experience, Michael is also convincing as a team player and is appreciated by customers and colleagues alike for his open and direct nature. He is convinced that a strong team will make a project a success.
