SWARMIT AG ("SWARMIT"; hereinafter also "we") collects and uses personal data that is collected when you visit the SWARMIT website. Collection, processing and use of personal data
We collect your personal data on the one hand via our contact form; The data you have collected is sent to a SWARMIT address via an encrypted communication channel.

We process and use your personal data for the purposes of technical administration of the website, customer management or to process your inquiries, in order to be able to offer you the information and services you require, and only to the extent necessary. In addition, some data from visits to our website are used for our internal analysis in order to continuously optimize our website.

IP addresses
The IP address is sent with each request so that the server knows where to send its responses. Use of Google Analytics
If you have given your consent, the SWARMIT AG website you visit uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

On the SWARMIT website, Google Analytics has been expanded to include IP anonymization "_anonymizeIp ()" in order to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking) and thus exclude direct personal reference.

Use of Google AdWords
This website uses Google AdWords, an online advertising program from Google Inc. (“Google”) and, in this context, also conversion tracking (evaluation of visitor actions). Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). With conversion tracking, Google Adwords places a cookie on your computer (“conversion cookie”) if you have reached our website via a Google ad. These cookies lose their validity after 90 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of ours and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that someone clicked on the ad and was redirected to our site.

Every AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. Duration of data storage (user and event data on Google)
The retention period of the data sent and linked to cookies, user IDs or advertising IDs is 14 months. After this time has elapsed, the data is automatically deleted. The deletion of data whose retention period has expired takes place automatically once a month.
