In September 2019, the first Atlassian User Forum Finance & Insurance Switzerland took place in Zurich. Together with bitvoodoo and Atlassian, Swarmit invited you to exciting success stories from practice.

Together with Remo Mathis from Zurich Cantonal Bank, Mesrop Yaghubian, our Kanban Enterprise Coach, reported on the evolution of an agile project process. Mesrop took the participants on a journey across three stations, from Waterfall to Scrum to the appropriate Kanban setup. He shared exciting findings and usage guidelines in connection with Jira and test management Xray (Xpand-IT).

Martin Wulff from Bitvoodoo and Pascal Stiefel from Swarmit informed the audience about the highlights of the Atlassian Open, which took place in Vienna the previous week.
