For many years, Yvonne has dedicated herself to the topics of knowledge management and digital collaboration with passion and expertise. Early in her professional career, she made it her mission to restructure the knowledge organization at her former employer. In doing so, she got to know and love Atlassian tools, in particular Confluence, but also Jira and its numerous apps. With great passion and creativity, she is dedicated to finding tailor-made solutions for the diverse requirements of digital collaboration.
Her particular strength lies in communication. She has extensive experience in building a bridge between IT teams and end users, i.e. translating requirements into technical concepts and transmitting technical knowledge to end users in an understandable way — in four languages. In doing so, she always focuses on people's needs and regards technology as a means to make their lives easier. She therefore pays particular attention to automating various work processes.
In addition to her work as a consultant, she is currently satisfying her thirst for knowledge at FHGR in Chur with a bachelor's degree in Digital Business Management. This ideally complements her profile and enables her to deepen both technical and entrepreneurial knowledge in the context of digital transformation and user experience.
