Xenia Schmidt

As an experienced Atlassian expert, Xenia has been diving deep into the Atlassian ecosystem since 2016. Starting as a process manager in the DevOps team, her focus was on user stories, user testing and training as a power user in Jira and Confluence. Over time, she took on the role of product owner for the Atlassian tools and became responsible for 8.5 thousand users of her business unit.

Her passion for knowledge management and the power of swarm knowledge finally led Xenia to Swarmit. Here, she supports customers from the pharmaceutical, healthcare and energy industries in digitizing and implementing processes using the Atlassian tool suite. Her expertise and ability to simplify complex relationships make her a valuable partner for companies looking for efficiency and innovation.
