During the festive Advent season, we presented an innovative app every week. Our consultants met with the founders of the apps to gain valuable insights. In this review, we dive into the highlights of four different apps (Yasoon, Snapshots, mantra and Meetical).

Microsoft 365 & Jira integration by Yasoon

The first video, hosted by Swarmit Atlassian Consultant Xenia and Andreas Schmidt (Co-Founder and CEO of Yasoon), provides an insight into the seamless collaboration between Microsoft 365 and Jira. Xenia shares valuable insights from previous customer projects and provides advice for Jira and Microsoft power users. Andreas demonstrates in a practical way how Jira and Microsoft users can organize a Christmas party together, from planning on the Jira Board to communication in teams chats.

Jan shows how easy it is to integrate the intranet into the existing Confluence structure and presents important components and small features that contribute to employee appreciation.

Task Reports for Jira by Meetical Software

Presented in the last video by Tina Myerscough Co-CEO of DEMICON Austria is concerned with the efficient management of task processes with the app “Task Reports for Jira: Confluence Gadgets, Calendar Gadget” from Meetical Software. The app provides a clear display of Jira tasks and Confluence tasks in one dashboard per project.
