Use of Google services

Swarmit AG uses the following Google products on the company's websites: Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google SearchConsole.

legal basis

The legal basis for using Google Analytics is your consent in accordance with GDPR Art. 6 para. 1 s.1: https://dsgvo-gesetz.de/art-6-dsgvo/.

Use of Google Analytics

If you have given your consent, the Swarmit AG page you visit uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Swarmit uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and Internet usage.

Google Analytics is used in accordance with the requirements that the German data protection authorities have agreed with Google. Information from the third party provider: Google Dublin, Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, fax: +353 (1) 436 1001. Use of Google AdWords

This website uses Google AdWords, an online advertising program from Google Inc. (“Google”) and, in this context, conversion tracking (visit action evaluation). Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). During conversion tracking, Google Adwords sets a cookie on your computer (“conversion cookie”) if you have reached our website via a Google ad. These cookies lose their validity after 90 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of ours and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that someone clicked on the ad and was thus redirected to our site.

Each AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be traced via the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics. This only records the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, Infometis does not receive any information that personally identifies users. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO based on the legitimate interest in targeted advertising and the analysis of the impact and efficiency of this advertising.

You can prevent participation in this tracking process in various ways: a) by setting your browser software accordingly, in particular, the suppression of third-party cookies means that you do not receive ads from third parties; b) by disabling conversion tracking cookies, by setting your browser to block cookies from the “googleadservices.com” domain, https://adssettings.google.de/, which setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies; c) by deactivating the interest-based ads from providers who are part of the “About Ads” self-regulation campaign via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, this setting being deleted when you delete your cookies; d) by permanently deactivating them in your Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome browsers under the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. We would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to make full use of all functions of this offer.
